Albania to take part in ESC 2011

According to Esctoday.com, the Albanian broadcaster RTSH confirmed a participation in the ESC 2011 to the site. Additionally, they told them that the Festivali i kenges stays the National Final (Yay) and therefore denies rumours which had been spread around since an interview with staff of the Festivali i kenges right after Juliana Pasha's win in December 2009.
